Nurse by trade, and has 10 years of nursing education for BSN program. Have been heavily involved in simulation since 2020 (like many others, out of necessity!)
Currently working in a simulation center with medical students as primary learners, with residents and other IPE simulations. Main role is debriefing.
Budding researcher, currently in a PhD program for nursing; trying to increase research at our center as well.
