The Nursing Section is seeking nominations for Section Chair. Section Chair serves a 2 year term beginning January 2015.
Responsibilities:
The Chair is the chief elected Officer of the Nursing Section. The Chair serves as the presiding officer at the Management Team meetings, and conducts business at the Nursing Section meetings. The Chair has general responsibility for the affairs and business of the Nursing Section. The Chair attends SSH Committee Chair, Section Chair, and SIG Chair meetings to report on the projects and activity within the Nursing Section. The Chair reports to the SSH Board of Directors annually and as needed. The Chair works with the SSH Liaison on the budget needs of the Nursing Section.
