We still anxious to hear about how you are using AI in your simulation endeavors (see prior post) - we hope you will share. Today we bring to you a recent article (I am only sharing the abstract as to not get in trouble for attaching an article - but it is available in the Journal if you are an SSH member you have access) speaking about Setting an Agenda: Results of a Consensus Process on Research Directions in Distance Simulation.
We would love to hear your thoughts on this article and also the direction you think distance simulation should go. As many of us look to attend IMSH in a few short months and with the COVID pandemic behind us, I think there will be a lot of chatter about the direction of DisSim, how it should be leveraged to be most impactful, and how it fits into the larger suite of simulation modalities currently in use. I think this article by Gross and colleagues does a lot to get the conversation started, we hope you will join us in discussing this article.
